This is day seven of the 15 Days to Freedom Blogging Challenge from The Suitcase Entrepreneur. Today’s challenge is to identify what we will focus on in 2015.

Is there a dream trip on your list that seems unreachable? What if you spent more time and energy focusing on it? There’s a good chance that it would happen sooner than you think. For years my dream was to go to Australia, but it wasn’t until I focused on it and made a plan to make it happen did everything start falling into place. I would take small trips here and there just to get away, but I wonder if I would have focused my energy, time and savings on the Australia trip, would it have happened sooner? Probably! Regardless, I’m completely with happy with the way everything turned out, but would like to offer the advice to start focusing on your dream trip now! There’s no better time than the present to start planning for it.

The importance of focusing on one thing instead of continually multitasking can’t be stressed enough. It can be pretty hard at times to keep going on the same path, especially when your being pulled in different directions or are drawn to other goals, but if you continue to focus, you will eventually reach that goal. John Lee Dumas, who runs an inspiring and successful business podcast, has come up with a perfect acronym for the word focus: Follow One Course Until Success. I’ll be trying to follow that advice this year, as I create products that will inspire others and make an impact.

Is there a certain goal you would like to see through to completion in 2015?
